Your information matters.
An overview of how this early-release mall currently uses shopper and merchant information.
Information used in this release
When you browse products and stores, CrownVerse Galleria requests catalog and storefront data from its hosted application service. The shopping bag is saved in your browser's local storage so you can continue browsing; it can be cleared through your browser settings. The fitting room currently uses licensed reference-model photographs and actual merchant catalog images; signed-in shoppers may optionally upload an authorized personal photo to a private fitting profile. Uploading does not itself generate a lookalike. If a separately connected FASHN account is available, the shopper's explicit consent precedes sending their chosen model and garment images to the AI provider for image rendering. AI results can be temporary, so customers should save them while available; generated images are not exact garment sizing or fit measurements.
When you register or sign in, account details are processed by the application’s authentication provider. If you choose to submit a merchant application or a platform contact message, we collect the information you enter, such as business name, contact name, email address and message, and store it with the application's hosted data service. Those submissions are intended for authorized mall administrators, not public visitors.
Optional social shopping and photographs
CrownVerse Galleria includes an optional signed-in adult-only (18+ self-attestation, not independently age-verified) visitor lounge. You are invisible to other visitors by default. If you choose to join, your display name, current mall area, optional uploaded photo and activity timestamp are saved by the hosted application and displayed to other signed-in shoppers in the same area. Uploaded images must be your own or used with permission. You may go private again using the visitor controls. An inactive visitor no longer appears in the live view after approximately two minutes, although stored account and presence records are not immediately deleted.
When you send public room messages or one-tap greetings, those messages are stored with your selected display name and location. Room chat is shown to signed-in visitors, while greetings are visible to their sender and intended recipient. Private conversation invitations are visible to their requester and recipient; the recipient must explicitly accept before a protected backend function will send private text messages. The people in a conversation and authorized moderators can access those messages. No phone number or email address is automatically revealed. The current chat interface displays recent messages and hides messages older than a day, but underlying records may remain stored until deleted. Visitors may mute or report other accounts or messages, and authorized administrators may review reports, remove content and hide visitor presence. For deletion or access inquiries, contact Mall support using the privacy request option.
Microphone-based shopping guidance requires your browser's permission and may use browser speech-recognition and synthesis services. Audio-only previews use a voice that matches the store employee's chosen voice presentation when a suitable natural voice is available on your device; voice quality varies by browser. Eligible signed-in shoppers may separately opt in to real-time lip-synced LiveAvatar video sessions. LiveAvatar FULL mode uses a provider-hosted conversation and retains session transcripts; these can be deleted according to the provider's policies. Video starts only when you select Start, microphone access is separately controlled, sessions consume LiveAvatar credits, and daily per-user limits apply. The store photo model may differ from the specifically approved streaming avatar shown in its video preview. The platform does not claim webcam calls, verified biometric replicas, or high-scale stadium avatar crowds. Photos used for visitor overlays are user-selected images, not automatically generated full-body motion captures.
Performer video submissions and show controls
Signed-in artists or speakers can optionally submit a permitted video, recorded camera clip, portrait or authorized live broadcast URL for staff review. Submissions are visible to the submitting account and Mall administrators. Approval does not automatically start a show: an authorized operator must separately publish a cue. Uploaded video files can reside on publicly addressable media storage once approved and shown, so do not submit private, unauthorized, or confidential recordings. Browser camera access requires permission and remains local until you intentionally record and upload or connect a streaming provider. For long-distance live video, the external streaming service has its own terms and privacy practices. Ask Mall support for access or deletion requests.
Payments and seller information
CrownVerse Galleria does not request your card number or handle payment credentials in this release. When you follow a product checkout or QR code, you are directed to the merchant's own checkout, which has separate payment, shipping, privacy and return policies. The original merchant remains responsible for confirming product availability and processing purchases and refunds.
Third-party services
The application uses Base44 for hosting, application accounts, visitor photos and messages, and stored catalog/form records, and may use merchant platforms such as Shopify for checkout. Stage/arena imagery and store interiors include licensed Pexels stock photographs, and the homepage exterior uses original generated concept art. If the shopper opts into AI try-on after provider connection, image references will also be processed by FASHN under its service and privacy terms. Merchant-provided catalog images load from their respective hosted media services. Fonts can be served by Google's font service. These services may collect technical data under their own terms and policies.
Data requests
To ask about a merchant application, a platform contact submission, or personal information submitted through the mall, use the Contact CrownVerse Galleria form. For purchase records, shipping or refunds, contact the merchant that handled the order.
This page summarizes currently implemented product behavior. A full formal privacy notice, including jurisdiction-specific rights and retention rules, should be reviewed by the operator before large-scale public marketing, especially before large-scale social messaging, age-restricted experiences, public events, or personal-photo AI rendering features are widely marketed.
